  • Cable: PVC, XLPE with UL, CUL, CE and/or CCC certified per   application requirement.
  • Cable Size: from 20 AWG (0.5mm2) to 4/0 AWG (107 mm2) per application requirement.
  • Protective Conduit: Flexible metal conduit PVC coated, PP corrugated conduit, etc
  • Connector: Heavy duty connector from Harting, Phoenix etc. 
  • End connection: Wire terminal, cable lug, cable ferrule from LEMO, JST, TE, KST etc
  • Process: Automated cable crimping machine to crimp any type of wire terminal and cable lug, cable ferrule with crimp pressure sensor for online crimping quality inspection. 
  • Final Quality inspection: 100% functional tested by computerize tester
